You can and will be fined $60 if you do! I know so because it nearly happened to me today out the front of my house. The only reason I didn’t get the ticket is because I happened to be outside when the council man arrived and let me off.
The nest we have in the back patio was populated by doves. Today is two weeks since hatching and I got these pics: The only catch was…I went to take a close pic and the little guy flew down! We scared off the neighbours cat and fished him out of the bushes and the baby dove is now back in the nest. Phew!
